Good quiet efficient machine
Cleans well, nice and quiet. I could not pair it with an iPhone 12. Lasts for a whole clean on one charge. I thought the waste container looked a bit small but actually it is fine. Good for pet hair.

Clean floors with smart technology
Such a useful device, I never thought this thing can really make your floor shine. Convenient app, for scheduling and zone selection. The mop while vacuuming is a good thing. When you are really tired by the end of the day and wished someone could do the floors, roborock is the guy to turn to.

I’m using the Roborock since three weeks now and I strongly recommend it.....I was hesitant when I bought it but it really exceeded my expectation... good cleaning and moping ... my apartment is always clean😃

Fun and amazing, minor technical glitch
Was having more fun playing with the product's functions and mapping my home floor plan, than using it for cleaning. LOL. Make sure you use the correct app. Only problem is with firmware upgrade. Just couldn't get it to update to latest version even after following all tips and tricks available on the internet. Most people who has similar firmware upgrade problems like myself, thinks that the issue is with XiaoMi's server. Hope they fix this soon. Otherwise, a wonderful product.

Best gadget ever bought
Literally the best gadget I have ever bought. After reviewing the unit online I purchased it, it came exactly as described and so simple to set up via the xiaomi app, the same one used for my electric scooter.The robot mapped my whole apartment and within 80 minutes every sq.ft was swept and clear. This device is literally so smart it blows me away and I deliberately place obstacles for it to tackle and it gets around then.10/10 unit
