Highly recommend product!
I have been using these cameras for more than a month now and I can totally recommend this. The audio and image quality both day and night vision exceeded my expectations. It notices slightest noise and movements and thanks to the AI technology, it can recognize if there's something I need to be notified about and I receive notification on my phone instantly. The App also provides quite a space on its cloud which is a plus point. I haven't tried the Alexa feature yet but will explore more.

Items not reliable
2 out of 4 are working fine, one camera has a camera defect and the voice option is not working on another one… I need to change them under warranty… no where to claim the warranty!

No YI Cloud Included!
I bought this camera but the YI cloud is not included in the package, however in the discription here it's mentioned free YI cloud included!?

Camera works for short time
Had bought the camera and had used the camera for a time, after I had thought to install the remaining camera they won't connect and won't reset

Faulty Camera won’t connect
I am still waiting for a response to a faulty batch that we sent back, one camera did not want to connect, and my husband forgot to remove the SD cards. Can somebody please contact me regarding this.
