They sent a non functioning item, I followed all the steps in order to use it for the first time which is pretty easy. But the water didnt come at all from the machine! The worst part is, I sent the machine and they sent me a new one, AGAIN IT IS NOT WORKING! I hope i would get the full refund because this is crazy!

Best Nespresso machine to buy

I debated whether to just give this three stars but decided to give it 4 but comment mainly on the negative aspects; A normal size coffee mug will not be compatible with this machine. So you'll need a small coffee cup and possibly transfer for it to your favorite mug. So far from what I've tried even a lungo coffee capsule used and pressing the button for a larger size coffee makes about a half cup of coffee of a normal coffee mug. Expresso is one thing but even the regular coffee options are quite small so you will need to use two capsules for one full standard size coffee mug. The machine is also sensitive and functions weirdly. You have to drop the capsule in just right for it to work which isn't that hard but takes some getting use to. At first, the machine will not light up at all after you put the capsule in. Then after so many seconds the small and large size coffee mugs will blink. If you press them it doesn't do anything or causes just one of the buttons to blink. Then after less than a minute the colors will become solid and you can then press the button to make your coffee. It's not straightforward and a bit time consuming. Four stars because at the end of the day it makes a decent cup of coffee.

Easy to use. Use it everyday 1-3 times a day and no issues. Got the bundle with the aeroccino. Was apprehensive due to some reviews but it’s honestly been the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. Should’ve bought it sooner!

ماكينة رائعة وسهلة الاستخدام، مناسبة في المكتب ولا تحتاج تفاصيل إعداد القهوة، ويفضل استخدام كبسولات نسبريسو للحصول على طعم مثالي، ولكن طعم القهوة لا يرتقي إلى مستوى مكائن القهوة المطحونة مثل ديديكا التي قمت باستخدامها من قبل. الخلاصة: تصلح للمكاتب وفي السفر ولعشاق الحياة السريعة، وللأمانة لا تصلح لعشاق القهوة الطازجة المطحونة.
