This pomade is great for styling and adding healthy shine without feeling greasy.P
I’ve been using this pomade for my very curly hair, and it’s become one of my go-to products. My roommate begs me to use it, too. I guess that’s because it’s made with 85% organic ingredients, which you can tell when you open the tin — the vanilla and bergamot scent is warm, naturally fruity, and invigorating without any chemical fragrance. The texture blends easily between your palms, and a little goes a long way. It adds shine and helps tame split ends and frizz while giving a medium, workable hold that doesn’t weigh the hair down or make it look oily. Even by the end of the day my curls feel soft and well-defined, not stiff or weighed down like some stronger styling products do. Think of it as a small affordable investment for your hair because on tin lasts about a year for me.

Great product.
I like this pomade, it's taken me a minute to find something that wasn't toxic, and still did what I wanted. While this scent is designed for guys, it isn't totally out of way for us gals. It's not a feminine scent, but it's not overpoweringly masculine either. It holds well, and keeps me styled through the day, but it's not hard, like hair cement. It does give way, but will go right back if you style it back. It does need to be washed out at the end of the day, (If you're a stickler like me), otherwise, go with the flow dude. Good product, Non toxic, Ok fragrance, good hold, good price. Hmmmm yeah, 5 stars.

Love it!
It's got a great hold with a very unique scent. I also love that it's organic.

Good product. But not much hold.
I love this for other reasons besides hold. It does not offer any hold, hairspray works better. But. The shine and soft quality it brings is amazing. It tames flyways very well. And I feel it heals my hair. I wash the product out and my hair is still so soft. Still need a hold product though. It's very greasy if you put too much on. So little goes a long way. I'll most likely buy again. But again, not for hold. It doesn't help with that at all.

Very Disappointed – Too Greasy and Weak Hold Despite Pleasant Scent
I’ve always liked the Badger brand and have used their organic lip balm for years—it feels natural, moisturizing, and genuinely good quality. So when I saw they also offered a “medium hold” hair pomade, I bought it without much hesitation. Unfortunately, this product really let me down. The first impression was positive: the scent is subtle and refreshing. But once I applied it, I realized it doesn’t provide a true medium hold at all. My hair felt soft and heavy, almost oily, and definitely not styled or supported. It also left a greasy residue that was very difficult to wash off. Even after rinsing my hands twice with soap, I could still feel the waxy film. The same problem happened with my hair—it took two or more washes to remove the buildup. Yes, it adds shine, but it feels like an oil treatment rather than a styling product. I wanted to like this, but unless you’re specifically looking for an oily conditioner rather than a pomade, I can’t recommend it. Great scent, poor performance, and very greasy overall.

Disappointed
The only real plus to this product is how clean the ingredients are, and it smells nice. It just makes the hair very greasy looking and has a very light hold. I don't think "pomade" is really an appropriate name, implying a certain level of hold and texture. Maybe if it had more wax in the formula. A little disappointed to spend $20 for something that doesn't really work. I bought it for my husband but after using it on my son, I know he won't use it because his hair will just look dirty. Unfortunately, I would pass if I were you Edited to add the company offered me a full refund. I'll not change the stars because my feelings on the product are unchanged, hower, 5 stars for customer service. I'll try other products.

Superb stuff! 💁
My husband bought this, and he loves it (which says a lot because he's picky!). He was formerly an Old Spice user, but we're trying to use products without synthetic fragrances. Wouldn't you know, his dandruff even stopped after switching products. Ingredients matter, folks! Great product.

It smells good and all natural, not a greasy or sticky pomade. Also a zero waste product!
A nice hair pomade for fades with short hair, slick backs and fly aways! It has a nice smooth texture for application and doesn't feel sticky, wet or hard on hair. By far the easiest pomade to rinse off of my hair so far (I've used a multitude of pomades). I really like the badger products I use!

The product itself is good. For a natural product like this you can't really expect the same degree of hold or specific matte / shine finish that you would get with it's chemical cousins so I only use a very small amount which I imagine means this tub will last for 12 months. The seller I got it from had comparatively high P&P costs considering how long it took for the product to be delivered but would order again!

So many pomades are SO toxic!! This one is made with all natural ingredients. The hold & shine works perfect for my hair (skin fade, scissors on top). I've gone through 6 tubs of this stuff. I noticed Amazon reduced their price too, it was way overpriced before. I definitely overpaid when I could've gotten it from iherb. In general, Amazon groceries & supplements should be price comparable to iherb. Why pay more for the same thing. But that's a different rant.

Très bonne pommade mais difficile à nettoyer les mains après

Kudos for creating a healthier product, which is the reason I decided to purchase this. However, as some have noted it is a stronger smell which to me smells a little like pine (not overbearing smell but not faint either). The worst I found is that its very hard to get off your hand as its an oily texture. I like rubbing my hands together with my hair gel to thin it our evenly before applying. When I did it with this and then tried to wash off with soap and water it didn't go away and left the odor on my hands as well. Maybe using dawn dish soap would help but then kind of defeats the purpose of a healthier gel following by a degreaser soap. I usually use a hair wax which is more firm. This was ok for firmness but as other have mentioned, if you use a lot of it in your hair then you will likely have the same issues with it being oily and hard to remove.

When none of the pomade products locally available to me were free of carcinogens or endocrine disruptors, I went on a hunt for something better and came across this. The ingredients seemed reasonable so I gave it a try. What a waste of money. For starters, it doesn't actually do anything. There's no hold whatsoever. My hair is rather short and it can't even do anything for me, so I can't imagine it would be useful to anyone. Plus as others have mentioned, it feels really greasy and difficult to wash off of your hands. And the piece de resistance: the smell is outright offensive.
