Banned and all progress deleted with no explanation or recourse
Absolutely do NOT buy this game.After putting 172 hours into this game, I was randomly banned today. I did NOT do anything wrong. No cheating or anything else that violates their ToS.They will not tell me why I was banned and they say that all bans are final and there is no appeal possible for them. I tried to appeal it anyhow and wasted another 2 hours with support who just robotically repeated "We would like to let you know that there is no option to lift the banned as all the ban in the account are final."Buyer beware.
