I was a bit surprised to actually see this supplement do something. I know it can vary from person to person, but I did some reading up on it prior to taking it. It did help me with the following problems in no particular order: most skin conditions; urinary urgency; overactive bladder; constipation; weight gain; swelling; lymphedema. It seemed to regulate the GI system, settle the GU tract, was a miracle on getting the skin to thinking it was 25 years younger, but it also had its down side. Too much of the supplement I found I was living in the bathroom because it is provides too much fiber for the GI system and you are cramping up for hours. Easy fix though and just cut back a pill a day. I was taking 1 pill 3 times a day, but now take 1 - 2 pills a day depending on my needs (I take breaks off the supplement since long-term use is not recommended). This stuff is like a freaking magic elixir. I have NEVER had my nails grow this long, and hard before. AND....I KNOW it was this product because last year I was using it, and got those results. If you want your hair to grow get some of this herb. It work’s awesome. It is vegan and non GMO. Nature’s Way is a great brand and has been around for a long time. I totally trust there products. I have been using there products for 30 plus years.

I took this for about 2 weeks for thinning hair. By the second week I was hardly sleeping, feeling super dehydrated, cramping legs and waking up multiple times a night to pee. I was only taking 1 pill every morning, but feel SO much better now that I stopped it. Didn't take it long enough to notice hair growth but definitely not worth it for me.

Horsetail is a great addition to any of your supplements. It really does make your hair thicker. It takes a couple months to see a difference, but it has silica in it, which helps with hair growth and hair thickening. My hair was getting thin on top so that’s when I decided to use it and I do see a big difference. I highly highly recommend horsetail

Now I bought this for hair growth, though I don't know if I see any difference so far but my skin definitely shows signs that it's working. My skin has never been this glassy clear it's amazing and I'm not using anything in my skincare routine, absolutely nothing but my regular facewash. Idk if my hair has improved but my skin definitely has, would definitely recommend these.
