can the medium point cartridge be swapped for a fine point?

is the pen refillable

Yes. The refills are about $5 or so and they are pressurized and write for months. The only refills you should use in the space pens. They also fit many other brands of pens and are well worth the price.

Where can you find blue refill ink for this pen?

I suggest googling space pen refills or searching on Amazon. I currently don't have a need for a refill at this time.

Does the clip also bear the inscription "Fisher AG7"?

Yes, mine does and I received this one in 2017.
