Knightsbridge M7400 Metal Clad Telephone Extension Socket, 230 V, Silver

I wasn't particularly taken with the visual style, but the socket was easy to wire and seems robust. The knockouts came out without too much brutality, but not also not too easily.

Used this to wire up a PIR flood light. The fuse spur was mounted on the wall inside the garage. Perfect for the job in hand. The knock outs are easy to remove no messing about.

Good quality item, with knock-outs for 20mm conduit, also has a flexi connection hole.Only disappointment was the lack of a neon light. Not a huge issue as the switch clearly shows on/off but Neon was an option on the drop-down selection for the product. However, I should have double-checked as the image/product displayed didn't line up with the one selected.

No complaints, works well and seems well made

Just be aware that they don't come with grommets...

Was a bit apprehensive about these sockets from other reviews, but they are ok ,back boxes have pre semi punched holes which punch out with an old screwdriver and a light tap.Very pleased.
