Very high quality and easy to use. The size of the unit is perfect. Being able to use it with or without the plug is a big plus. The case is well built and sturdy to protect the unit.

Impressive packaging, comes with a real nice soft case. Tested fine printing on tape and heat shrink tubing. I'd recommend.

Please be careful of any Epson Labelworks products that contain the letters, PX, in the model number. Those letters designate a product not intended by the maker to be sold in the USA. They shouldn't even be offered here! If you call for support, or warranty service, they will not recognize the model number, and if you give them the serial number, they'll just say, nothing comes up! The agent I called then suggested to me that it's not a USA model, and that she couldn't help me. The outrageous part is, remove the, PX, from the model number, and you'll find a USA version that has exactly the same keys on it, but the case is shaped a bit differently. It will have exactly the same functions as these with the, PX, in the model #, and they'll be covered by the warranty. And, you'll get tech support - but, you'll pay more than 3 times the price of the non USA units for the privilege!
