The product itself is very good - sound quality is excellent, they're comfortable, they look good. The volume limiting does not hinder the sound quality and the children never complain that they are not loud enough.As a parent it's very reassuring that my child is not able to damage his hearing whilst listening with them.One pair that we bought from Puro stopped working, and even though it was just outside the 1-year warranty Puro sent a replacement straight away. Top-notch customer service, thank you.

Bought these for my 8yr old daughter and we can now enjoy days out as the headphones help make a nicer environment for her, cancelling out much noise and also doubling up as great bluetooth wireless headphones for music/games etc. Plus we know she can't damage her hearing due to the max noise limiting. They also look super trendy especially in the bright pink. She loves them. The build quality is superb too.

Great product, the active noise reduction works really well and my son is no longer complaining that the sound isn't loud enough, as he did with the older version without anr.The ear chips are on-ear for a 10 year old so aren't quite as comfortable as over-ear, but this is a minor quibble - they are much loved and haven't left his head since Christmas!

UPDATE: I messaged the customer services about a problem with the first headphones as soon as we identified the issue (see original review below). Customer services was remarkably quick at emailing back and engaging with me, they got out a replacement product very quickly. They went above and beyond in delivery and also checked with we about a week later to make sure that the new headphones were functioning ok.As I said in my previous review the packaging, the build quality, the look and feel is really good. The headset fits my child well.The battery life is excellent on this device.My child is really happy with his headphones.The new headsets active noise cancellation is really good.So I expect that I got a faulty headset in the first round... it happens even with the best companies! The way they handle customers, however, sets Puro apart from lots of other sellers. Hats off to them!I would recommend Puro Headphones to any parent looking for good headphones for kids!And I also still stand by the original review- test the headphone before your child uses it (and that's important for any headset, not just Puro) and please understand about safe usage of headphones for children,-like time limits, volume, etc- to make sure they don't damage their hearing.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this product for my child based on the reviews here and online. The packaging and the headphones looks great. The headphones connected to my mobile phone quickly and very simply. (The headphone actually came part-charged.) The headphones' build-quality seems very good.Before giving gadgets to the kids I always test them, so I have the headphones with me on a coach journey. (Literally, arrived this afternoon and this evening I am trying them on the coach to London.) Sadly, there is a serious fault with the active noise cancelling function: every time the coach drives over road flaw and the suspension/wheels go "coo-dunk", the ANC reacts with a popping sound (similar to when old when old records were scratched). This is actually starting to hurt my eardrums.I would most certainly not give this to my child! I have also been in touch with the company to understand whether it is just a faulty headset or a generic fault and will update... However, I felt I needed to put this review up immediately. Parents, if you've already bought this for your child, please test it yourself in the car or on public transport.

These headphone are amazing. I had a slight problem with the ANC button during the first pandemic lockdown, but Puro Sound Labs were quick to send a replacement and have been incredibly helpful and quick to answer my queries every step of the way. Great customer services by Breanna. Thank you.

The size fits really well for an 8 year old and the sound quality is good, noise cancelling works well and very easy to use. The wireless makes them so easy for a child to use continuously when moving around and no long cables Getting in the way while trying to write/draw etc...
