I initially ordered an XL cause that's my size in everything shirts pants etc.. However I could not fit the XL. After reading the reviews I figured I needed to go up 2 sizes so I bought the 3XL it fit perfect. I love these pants you start sweating immediately when you move, it relaxes your joints, hold you with falling or rolling down. They are perfect for a good workout or running around on a Saturday. I will be purchasing another pair.

The media could not be loaded. I typically wear a size 4-6 (S), due to reviews I went up a size, buying a medium. Putting them on was a sheer miracle, but once on, I liked the fit.Definitely a huge upgrade from prior bought sweat leggings in the past. Now we have different colors to choose from, can enjoy not feeling like the Michelin Man when I get to the gym, and still be able to get a good sweat in!Iffy: still don’t know if I can wash these leggings in the wash, didn’t even try as I was just going to don and figure out the cleaning later.If you can see the pictures and video, they show where the medium literally had me busting the seems like a can of biscuits and sweat was visible. I actually don’t mind seeing the sweat, but where there is sweat, there is a break, minus the possible pee line, because there’s is a soft fabric there, most likely for breathability.All in all I would rate it a 4 or 5, but the fact that my leggings didn’t hold up 1 gym adventure, I cannot.I’m going to try to return and get a large!Large fits so similar to the medium, but not splitting!Great quality!

This is great - really makes me sweat like ive just gotten out of the shower. Love it!I'm 5'4", 145lbs, ordered a large and the fit is good. Once i start sweating the butt/waist area gets a little loose but it still works great.

I am between a size 8-10 and I ordered a medium, I had to return it because it was too small. I liked the pants so much I reordered a large. Nope, still didn’t work, I had to return. But wait.. you would think the third time is the charm with an extra large but sadly no. I kept them anyways I was able to squeeze into them but uncomformably. I will try again after I loose some weight. Plus I didn’t want to order a XX large.

I bought these back in January of this year. I couldn't fit one leg in it. Instead of returning it, I waited 9 months to try it on again and I'm not disappointed at all. I don't think I've sweated that much where it was like sweating buckets. I'll be purchasing more!

I wore these leggings to walk the trails today. You do sweat a ton while wearing these pants. However, my skin became irritated within 40 minutes. And the more I sweat I started noticing air bubbles on my thighs. The material also feels cheap

Im 5’7”, 128 lbs and due to reviews I sized up to medium. The waist fits as mentioned in the chart but the legs are so tight I have a very hard time getting them on which makes it hard to pull them up all the way. I have used them twice now, they are great for what they are intended for but due to not fitting correctly they are hard to wear, and all I can think about while working out is how I can’t wait to get out of them because the backside is not firm around the waist and behind the knees is so tight it gathers during movement. I have tried my hardest to pull them to a more comfortable position but they suction to your skin.

I recently had a baby and although I know it will take time to lose the weight, I have been doing everything possible to “slim up” before summer rolls around. I have tried what seems like every single waist trainer/slimmer so I’m not so self conscious about my extra baggage and nothing has done the trick…until now! I originally ordered the capris to help burn off unwanted fat from my thighs but was pleasantly surprised at how flattering these are for not only my legs, my also my stomach. They hold you in where it’s needed, super comfortable, definitely get the extra sweat going, and most importantly, they stay in place! I have already ordered another pair and wish I had learned about these much sooner. I have only had them for a few days so I don’t know if they truly help with weight loss but by how much they make me sweat (and although they help you sweat more, you don’t feel disgusting at all) I would assume they do! 10/10 recommend!

I live in Canada with canadian sizes. So I wanted sauna pants for my excercises I do at home to loose weight. I am 235lbs and so I wear xl pants and about 18-20 in pants. My belly part is bigger, my legs and butt are not that bad but they are missshapen. So you can picture my sizing and if you are like me then 4XL would fit just right. Lol it is really hard to see that number as 4xl when I wear also a bad number of XL but it is what it is when it comes to sizing of clothing from those countries. It fints well, feels very well and I am very excited in using it tomorrow when I excecise.

Lo califico asi por que la talla no fue aclarada y cuando lo compre estaba en promoción asi qué obvio quise cambiar el pantalón por otro mas pequeño y solo me aceptaron devolución sin haberlo ni usado .Fuera de eso la verdad este material es buenísimo para sudar, lo menciono por que la camiseta si me quedo y con ella sudo super bien
