Go for whey and take boiled egg white 🥚🥚
Not up to the mark/expectation. No visible results. Whey is much better than this product. Don't waste ur money. Take way for better results. Taste is bad,not good in devolving, bloating occur. Better to take boiled egg white.

Very good product actually,but only one problem is that it doesn't mix well with water.but very tasty and price is also quite impressive as compared to the whey protein as both of them provide equal amount of protein

Egg white omlette
Highly nutritious protein. Easy to make egg omlett with it. Allow to wet in lukewarm water with little quantity of skim milk ( total quantity about 50 ml half a cup) for 5-10 mins. Break whole egg (1-2). Add salt, pepper and maggi majic masala, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric. Mix well. Add ghee or olive oil on a non stick pan allow it to heat on a low heat and when it is hot pour the entire mixture on the pan. Cover the pan and cook for about 5-6 min on a very low flame. You may add chopped onion or green chillies and mushrooms etc.close the pan with cover and allow it to cook. When the cooked aroma of egg is released, luff the cover and see how the mix is raised. The feel the edge of the omlette by lightly scalping and lifting it. Keep it for additional 20 seconds with cover on. The open the cover of the pan, scrape the omlet from edge and tilt it on a pan. Just increase the flame for 3-4 second and immediately switch the burner. Leave the omlette on a pan to form crispy top and bottom.Turn it on your plate. The middle portion is slightly wet and fluffy. Otherwise egg whites taste horrible if you make a normal omlette out of it. Try this and you will love it.

Good quality egg protein
I would like to thank team Healthy Hey for reaching me out on my previous comment and clearing my doubt.Since its an egg protein, the mixability will b not as good as whey or soy, but still good.Also, my other doubt about the bubbling out, has been cleared, that the protein particles are lighter than air and hence supposed to bubble out.The belief of healthyhey team in their product made me confident abt my purchase.I am updating my rating to 3, cause i believe, there can be more improvements on both mixability and more flavours can be introduced as well.Rest product is looking good to me till now, bttr review about results can be done after a month only..

No bloating yet, feeling great, though foams a lot. Vanilla doesn't stink too bad, tastes fine
There is a LOT of frothy, but that's how egg protein worksDigestibility seems great as compared to whey,whey would give me serious bloating, this does not.its only been a few hours though, will edit this review if it gives me problem tomorrow.Doesn't stink to me atleast.Vanilla flavour is fine. Palatable.( I tried it in water)I think it's well worth it for people who are having trouble digesting whey.

Excessive foaming
Foaming is excessive leading to wastage and less palatibiliy.Also smell of raw egg from the powder makes the powder nauseous.Cant find a positive point to write.
