Worked perfectly
This part was for my 12 hp Kohler Magnum K301- Wheel Horse 312-H. The original fuel pump failed and I did a quick search to find this part and it was an exact fit. When installing make sure your surface is clean of the old gasket for the new "O" ring will do a great job making a seal. Use the snap ring on the body of the pump to crimp the little tabs in, this the only function for this part so don't let the image throw you off that as a part for anything else - it deforms the inside of the fuel pump female nipple so that you can insert the fuel line nipples in the orientation that you need from your original fuel pump. The snap ring is a little tricky so make sure you wear safety glasses, these things can take off flying if you using a snap ring tool... The Old Wheel Horse is galloping again!

lasted about 10 minutes
installed on Kohler M14 lawn tractor, lasted about 10 minutes then the pump lever stuck, removed and freed it up, lasted about another 5 minutes then stuck again. replacing with an electric pump this time around, plastic peice of junk...

My previous pump has a copper tubing with flared fitting. This unit has all plastic fittings for rubber tubing. I ended up making a new gasket for the old pump and it's still working.

the pump worked great.
Assembled it per the instructions and installed it on the engine. My dead engine started immediately. The split ring provided to depress the locking tabs on the fitting sockets is a bit difficult to work with, but once past that little hurdle, the pump worked great.
