ProForm Pro Treadmills: Smart Treadmills for Walking and Running with SpaceSaver Design

We used the amazon assembly option and I highly reccomend that. Treadmill is perfect for what I was looking for,very sturdy, pretty quiet and has good range of speed and incline. The location of the fan at waist height is not ideal and if I put a water bottle on one of the shelves it rattles terribly, however, I saw those issues in other reviews and everything else about this treadmill makes up for it, especially at this price point. The decline is a big deal for me and to my surprise pretty rare. I like the ifit, but won't be using it past the free trial because it's just a little pricey. Also, the mat we ordered for it came after it was assembled, and I did not find it easy to maneuver so that we could get the mat under it, perhaps with a larger space that would be different, but for us it was definitley a struggle, so get the mat first😁

We like the treadmill but after 1 day the elevation function stopped working. After a month of emails and calls, still not resolved. Serpentine belt appears out of alignment, rubbing against tread belt while the tread motor appears to have abraded wires on the elevating servo motor. It's been frustrating trying to get the problem resolved so buyer beware!

This is a very good, high quality treadmill. It took some time to assemble, but works well.

Assembly by myself was actually kind of easy with proper tools/ instructions recommend all basic tools do yourself a favor use a socket set and also a power drill. Only issue in assembly I caught just by looking at the illustrations is they mislabeled the left and right arm braces, and also there is no way a average person can drive most of the metal screws in with hand tools. Power drill ftw. How somebody hit there eye with the hydraulic in another review confuses me as there is no tension on it in assembly?? Overall cheaper than buying from the manufacture directly then once you register it you can get a 4 year extended warranty cheaper still than the manufacture charges for the unit alone.

Treadmill itself is a bargain. The display and the software suck. Always have to answer no to paid subscription which is annoying. And the system is intentionally slow when you are not a subscriber. Takes forever to start the treadmill.

My wife had been walking 5-6 miles every morning and she had to start earlier and earlier to avoid people driving their golf carts on the multi-modal path in our community. It got to the point she was walking in the early-morning, pre-dawn darkness and it became a concern for her and for me. We bought this treadmill and put it out on the lanai where we can both use it and not worry about the traffic or the weather. We use it daily and I especially love the fact the angle is adjustable to allow me to jog uphill the entire time

The delivery was 2 hours past the latest ETA, so tied me to the house for five (5) hours in order to be present for delivery. Assembly is a 10 man-hour, and largely requires two people (WOW!). The powder coating on many body pieces is so thick that screws have to be driven in and out 3 or 4 times before they finally grip, and you're afraid the whole time that you're going to strip them. There are left and right plastic moldings at the floor level that aren't even shown in the assembly diagrams, and you realize near the end that they needed to be installed near the beginning of the build. The piston attach bar under the bottom side of the treadmill, doesn't have screws to mate with, just two long slots - either the treadmill should have come with big nuts or it's a design defect At this point I gave up on further assembly and plan to send it back.I see that Amazon is offering to send someone out for assembly problems. Good idea but that adds another week delay before I can use a treadmill, and I've already waiting two weeks for delivery. When there are known assembly issues of this magnitude, either the product was unsuitable for sale in the first place or the assembly person should have come at the time of delivery, not to mention that I'll have to make an appointment in another 3 hour window where they'll arrive 2 hours late like yesterday. If I had it to do over again, I would NOT buy this treadmill from Amazon.

Love this treadmill! If you’re going to buy one get one that inclines and declines because you will get a real work out experience! I would suggest to get good thick padding under it because it’s heavy, I have the thick one under mine to keep my carpet healthy.
