These work great if you have muscle aches & pains. Sometimes I use these before going to bed if my muscles are aching. Better than taking ibuprofen or another pain reliever. Easy to take the five very small round tablets & dissolve under your tongue. Highly recommend trying if you want a safe homeopathic alternative.
