I purchased a Vive set and Also a Vive Pro Complete set-After 1 year the headphone ear pads totally disentegratewith black flakes flying all over the place-After contacting vive they do not make replacement earpads-and they will not recommend where I can get new ones.They also sell replacement headphones, but they come minus the earpads-And they still will not advise where to get earpads for your bran new replacement headsets!Unbeleivable!Guess I will try VALVE VR after this!

I ended up cutting the grip part off of these and just let the top to help protect the heads from impact which was my primary reason for getting them anyway. I didn't like the way the grip would slip, and that they added to the circumference of what is already a large controller made my hands hurt after a while.

I have never, ever run into a wall, punched an overhead fan or wall. I have a proper VR area that most comfortably supports 3m x 3m. I got this for those time people are "drinking in VR" and bump the HMD. Or flailing arms a bit and knock the controllers together. This is great for those mild bumps. The fit is a fair bit off around one of the discs but not horrible.I recommend this for these type of impacts, not running into walls, dropping, or jumping into fan blades.

About 2 hours after getting my vive, I had already smacked my controllers into the ceiling several times (I'm a tall guy). I knew I had to find some way to protect them, or they'd be broken before I got my money's worth out of them. I immediately looked for a solution, and I'm glad I went with these. I've had these for over 2 years now, and they're still protecting my controllers just as well as the day I got them. Highly recommend

I have had these for awhile now. They work pretty well for a little bit of extra protection (which is definitely needed). The only real downside I see is that after they get a little older (a few months of use) they get a little bit exhausted, and they don't quite hold the shape like they did, right near the touch pads. So, they are a little bit floppy where your thumb usually rests.

These skins are great for the Vive controllers, however when using them with a gun stock, i realize they don't fit correctly since the skin adds extra bulk to the bottom, so i just cut the silicon right under the grip buttons and it fits perfectly now without any slippage or tearing after 5 months of usage. I actually really like these because i do bang these around quite a bit. They've saved my ass a few times haha

If you've used a VR setup with hand controllers, then you've probably accidentally hit something in your play area, including your headset. These silicone controller covers that Hyperkin makes are absolutely necessary to help protect your Vive controllers (and room obstacles) from damage and scratches. They help lessen the impact and you don't feel quite as bad about an accidental bumping of the controllers or headset.

After hitting the roof of my ceiling in the bedroom countless times and making marks in the wall, I decided this purchase was for the best. This gel wraps snug and tight and does not interfere with any of the senors. Thin layer of protection adds very little weight but goes a long way to save the devices from scratches and nicks. Would highly recommend.

Although a little steep on price, these skins are an essential purchase for Vive controllers if, like me, you have a habit of knocking them into things on occasion. They offer good protection from knocks and scratches, and fit very well mostly, with the exception of being slightly loose fitting on the inside of the ring.Tracking is unaffected by the covers, and comfort is improved, as they are a little more grippy in the hand.Excellent.

Easy to put on if you take your time, cut lines up and comfortable grip. Doesn't completely stop sweat slip but it definetely gives you actual grip. Exactly what I was looking for.

Since they are just flat untextured silicone, they slip and slide in your hand. my vive has had controller tracking issues since i put these one, the second i took it off they were fine. useless.
