Don't waste your money. This was so basic it would have been better to do it myself. It left out so many crucial points needed when dealing with tenants. It is fine if you completely trust your tenants (maybe renting to a friend or family member) but I ended up going back to the company that has done mine for years. It is worth the extra money to know everything is covered and I am protected.

I actually didn't like this. I ended up using one I found online for my rental agreement. Just wasnt user friendly in my opinion. And didn't offer what I needed.

Plenty of useful forms, Only wish they were a easier to fill in.
