Product Works Great, Read Directions If You Think You Got Wrong Product!
Product is well built, high quality for its price. I honestly thought I was shipped the wrong item but the customer service was unbelievable. So, on the splitter, you should see a separation in the pins, you can slide the +2 part of the pins upwards and away from itself to get the 6+2-pin. Thanks for an amazing product!!

Too short for use, but high quality materials.
The cord ended up being very short so I couldn't use it, but it seems to be high quality.

Excellent quality product.
Excellent quality product. Very good terminals and right type and caliber of wire. Easily split a 8-pin PCI-express connector into two 8-pin PCI-express connectors. I does the job it was advertise for. Nice wrapped. It is exactly as in the picture.

Misidentified cable from power supply
Looks like a quality product. Wanted to use my 8 pin pcie from the power supply to convert to a 6 pin pcie to the graphics card. This product will do that. I learned something. I misidentified the 8 pin coming out of the power supply. It was actually an 8 pin EPS power cable. My mistake. My other 6 pin connector has pcie written on the connector. My power supply is 10 years old. Now I have a nice new modular power supply to go with my new graphics card.

Does not fit what it was made for
The cable itself looks nice and build quality feels good which is the only reason I gave it two stars, but the problem is that a 6+2 male pin from my psu that is made for GPUs did not fit all the way into the female 8 pin on the adapter making this adapter totally useless. The very thing it was supposed to fit didn't fit. You can't even make the adapter side fit into themselves.

Not what was shown in picture
This was supposed to be 2 8-pin connectors but what I got was 6x2 which didn't work with my system for what was needed.

Outstanding!
Exactly what I wanted and needed. Took my 6+2 and extended it the needed length. Note some people seem to have had trouble getting the +2 portion to separate. All it takes is a little jockeying. Works really well.
