Great vitamin. I have been using it for 4 years.

Finding a bariatric multi that doesn't cause nausea is a win. This formula covers all the heavy hitters—iron, B12, and folate—in a single capsule. It feels much cleaner than the synthetic brands I've tried. The only minor issue is the size; the capsule is a bit of a horse pill, so hydration is key when swallowing.

i was hesitant but purchased to take the chance, right away i disliked the taste it very potent but i like i only taste it when i take the capsule and there is no after taste. but i got to say i take vitamin before bed as for me vitamins work best for my stomach sensitivity. i notice i wake up feeling more energized and not as sluggish. so i will take the bad taste any day! i also notice it makes me urinate soon as i wake up and notice the suppliment does cause your urine color to change (dark yellow/greenish). i would purchase again.

I had gastric bypass surgery 2 years ago and have been using this vitamin for probably the last year. My surgeons office recommended a different brand however these are cheaper, more convenient and there hasn’t been any changes in my blood work. I don’t notice a taste or any side effects.

I took this once a day for a year after weight loss surgery. The debate is still raging in my brain if it was needed but this surgery is different for everyone. The product contains no soy, gluten, preservatives, GMO's, dairy, coloring, FDA registered, and vegetarian. While not organic the quality is extremely high. The taste isn't so bad, a bit vitamin dust taste but nothing near some of the options out there. Easy to swallow nearly 2 weeks post surgery.

As a gastric sleeve post op patient 3 wks in these are by far the best multivitamins! No horrible smell I don’t burp them out n smell them like some and best of all no nausea! I do take them on an empty stomach just bc I don’t wanna risk it! But overall the fact that I only have to take 1 pill is the best!

I had my integrative doctor look at this bottle today and she said these are great! I bought them because I have the MTHFR mutation and these have methylated folic acid.

I used these regularly for about 5 years. Quality was good. Health benefits were evident, except for the iron deficiency. There was no weird taste. Value for money was good. I took them first thing in the morning, no special instructions. The last bottle I received, I opened it to take one, and there was an intense smell of curdled milk or something. It was such a terrible smell. I couldn't get over that. I cancelled my subscription.
