White stripes on the banner have brown spots. Product is defective. Very disappointing.
I bought this banner as a present for my son. I returned it because the stripes on the banner have brown spots, that should not be there. I exchanged it for another banner. The second banner has even more brown spots than the first. Returning this banner. Very disappointed.
