The Product Is Very Nice and Performs Excellenly and there is no data lost if we stop powersupply even for months, Simple Design and easy to extract data But It really tough for a bigineers it is almost impossible to undarstand.. I really got irrited first time I took help from youtube videos and costumer care men and Finally Understand Everything, It works On Ethernet,Pendrive(Best),Wifi(Not Feasible,For Me Usless), But Overall It is Nice Machine .. Fingerprint Is very Fast Scan Accurately, Card RFID is also very Fast . Hence Its Demarits Are Hard To Understand . Overall I am Satisfied My It(But Not For Price It is costly). Dont Take Risk Buy Quality not Quantity . Very Nice Machine

Very hard to install and zero customer care support This machine needs proper installation from team and a demo guidance but no one is available to respond to your quires My suggestion to get it installed by local vendor from city, Atleast he will liable for any issues which may occur

Hardware is acceptable , Cloud Software and Desktop Software are not oriented for international companies , no Manual , youtube Video are in Indian Language , Customer Service is not Qualified , only Indian mobile number needs to be used to get the ( OTP ) , Currency listed is Rupies , Software is having a lot of shortcut phrases which is not clear …… overall not Satisfactory if it has to be used outside India

Does not work. We tried for many days. Even got a technician and paid him $140 to install it. He was unable to do it. He told us there is a defect in the device. The instructions are also not there. Not happy with the purchase at all.
