Q: Will a 4Ah battery fit in without obstructing the dust bag?

only suitable with use with a 2 amp battery at present without obstucting the dust bag

Q: Will this be ok with the 2.5ah battery and still fit the dust collector on? Is the 2.5ah battery much taller then the 2.0ah??

Yes, 2.5ah battery fits with dust collector. But any bigger and you have to use without dust collector.

It should be OK but time consuming, but good for panelled doors. You may be better investing in a rotary sander and finishing with the Einhell. Don't use a belt sander as this is too aggressive. Another alternative would be to use a mild paint stripper to remove the bulk of the paint, then to finish off with the Einhell whnthe bulk of the paint is off and the door has dried off. Hope this helps.

The sheet is called a delta sanding pad and it will have the measurements 100x150 to fit this device
