Comes with huge branches!!!!!!????
This is awful!!!! I have purchased two packs of this hay and after discovering weird lumps of dried plant in the last one that could not be identified, in this bag I've found an entire stick and no one to complain to! Not only does it affect the weight of the bag, it has meant the hay I thought would last me now isn't stretching the last couple of days, and I can't find anywhere to review it as I am certain I should be entitled to a replacement or refund, otherwise I would recommend using literally any other company who won't rip you off

Delicious fresh and very little wasted (GPs)
My Guinea pigs love this hay. Overall there’s very little waste and it’s clearly delish as they squeak and beg for it and will nibble at the bag to get the fresh strands out if given the chance. They aren’t interested in the dried flowers hidden throughout although it’s a nice area. Tightly packed, very fresh smelling, minimal dust at bottom of bag. They pull out some of the coarse strands and like to sit on them so I’m trying pure Timothy Hay next to see if I can avoid the mess.Recommended

Short bits of hay
The hay is good my rabbit loves it. Only thing is lots of short bits of hay not long bits so alot falls out of rabbit feeder

Disgusting quality!!!
I have been buying this hay for years for my bunny and have a regular subscription, I have noticed the quality has went down, very dry texture and lacking of vibrant colours like before. My recent bag I got has made me cancel my subscription and I won’t be hiring it again, disgusting. As soon as I opened the pack the smell from it was revolting, smelt like horse or cow manure and then having a look at the hay I pulled something out that I can’t even explain what it was but the smell was horrendous, a big lump of something brown that was hairy and seemed almost feather like, I have no clue what it was but no way can my rabbit eat that hay. Now I am left without hay for him until I get to the shops and with him being an older rabbit and unable to clean himself as well anymore he relies on a good diet. Hay can have various smells but this hay didn’t seem right from texture, look and especially smell. My house stunk as soon as I opened it, that’s how bad it was!! I want refunded, I’m not paying for that.

Bunny loves it
The hay is excellent and the rabbit loved it. If you are putting it in a hay rack, I would recommend first cut rather than 2nd cut though as first is longer and so doesn’t slip through the gap. Or mix first, second.. Excellent company.
