Despite being in the same city, Safeexpress, Amore Mattresses' delivery partner, has intentionally delayed the delivery until today, October 16, 2024. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via phone, I have received no response. This kind of negligent service is unacceptable. I urge Amore Mattresses to reconsider their partnership with Safeexpress and find a more reliable delivery service. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this entire ordeal.
