i got this oil because i have dandruff, but you should never apply on your scalp without mixing it with a carrier oil. i mixed coconut oil and peppermint oil. i also mix the two oils (peppermint and coconut) and applied it to my scalp before washing it. i put it peppermint oil in my conditioner and it literally moisturize my scalp and kept it from itching! i think i found the perfect mixture for my scalp. and i have 3a/3b hair type

I've been using this stuff for YEARS. I first started using it on my hair, as I used to have super long hair and the tips dried out. It also helped curls. As I started having shorter hair and different but better conditioners, the oil would over oil my hair. So I stopping using it so much. More lately I found another use I never considered before. At least once a week, sometimes twice, I sand my calices and heels to get the rough dry skin off. Recently I tested rubbing the oil on my feet before stepping out of the shower. Well, I apply this oil to all parts of my skin prone to dryness and my skin has become much better over the last few weeks of doing this! I'm assigning my dry skinned boyfriend to do this too. I don't have to sand my feet so often and the build up is even less so when I do. The fact I can get out of the shower, towel off, and not immediately moisturize my skin... To NOT feel like it's burning from dryness immediately so is AWESOME! So can confirm between hair and skin this is a great product! Definitely worth the purchase!
