This really is the best hack for getting your fiber in. Of course, it is always ideal to eat naturally fibrous foods, but when I travel or get off my normal routine, this is a lifesaver for staying regular. These packs help add a little extra fiber to your diet. The mix easily even in cold water and are truly tasteless. They are a bit pricey considering each stick is only 3 gms of fiber, but you are paying for convenience.

I only do 1 of these about every 3-4 days . It is gentle . I would recommend this product. There is no taste. Great for travel. My only negative it that it’s very hard to open the packets. You need scissors. Hopefully they will fix that.

I love these Benefiber to go packets- a convenient size that I can keep in my purse, backpack or laptop case. Due to IBS, I am supposed to take these 2/ day and sometimes I am in a hurry to get out in the morning. This is perfect to throw in my case and then mix with water at work. It is made from wheat dextrin which is gentle on your stomach and has no flavor, so can be used with just a glass of water- or if you want to add with juice that's fine too, it does not change the juice.

Was recommended this product by a friend. My son struggles with the toilet and usually will refuse to take anything to help. This product is flavourless and can be added to diluted juice. Half a sachet was taken and he was able to go to the toilet with no problem. It is expensive but worth it. 5*
