I recently started cooking with a wok on our gas stove and this fits great on the grates. I've tried other ones and they were okay but this is cast iron and sits steadily on stove and transfers heat perfectly around round bottom carbon steel wok. Highly recommend it.

This made a huge difference using the wok on a gas stove. I didn’t expect to see that big of a change. The flame now gets around my wok more efficiently and the food cooks more evenly so it is very functional. It fits well on my Frigidaire Gallery stove, although it took just a bit of trial and error to figure out the correct alignment. It is good quality and good value and I would recommend it if you are just thinking about it.

It’s a great Wok ring for holding out 14 inch wok with no flat bottoms on our natural gas stove. On the bottom it had a little notch to hold its place on the original burner’s grates (ours are square grates, one for each burner, the type that has 8 arms pointing at the burner, one from each side and corner). The notches were under each of the 4 “knobs”. This plus its weight/heavy construction held well on our stove and was easy to put on and take off. Only thing I noticed was a a light burning smell from maybe the finishing that was used on it when using it for the first few times but this is common along with the other cast-iron like cooking tools I’ve used.

I loved the quality of this product. fits very well for my range. I have a feeling that this one is little over prized but as I am using it everyday so overall happy with the purchase.

This heavy-duty, iron wok holder fits perfectly on top of my gas burner, holds my wok super well, is heavy enough to stay put and not move while cooking. Note: make sure to let it cool down before removing as it does retain heat!

I've used conventional wok rings in the past with unsatisfactory results owing entirely to the ring not being fixed to the gas range grate, and hence, shifting positions while in use with the need of re-centering the ring to keep the wok inline with the flame. This cast iron ring locks onto your stove top grate, preventing movement and keeping the wok aligned with the center of heat. It's heavy and immovable in use, which increases user's pleasure and helps improve your continued interest in wok cookery. It also allows the wok to sit very close to the source of heat, maximizing high temperature applications. This, of course, is for round-bottomed woks only. The only regret I have is not having purchased something like this years ago.

A must for anyone who purchase a quality Wok that does not have a flat bottom. It is made of cast iron and is heavy, allows even heating for your Wok and fits the grates of a new Frigidaire gas stove. Worth investing in.

This is a sturdy stand for a wok and I store mine on it but it sits up too high from the flames to use while cooking. You can’t get the wok hot enough.
