Definitely helps with my energy

This vitamin is fantastic! It definitely gives you extra energy. I notice the difference if I don't take it. Good quality. You can tell your body absorbs it because, and not to be gross, but you don't see it in your urine like with some lesser quality brands. (When it isn't absorbed the vitamin will turn your pee bright yellow). Worth the money. Finally used my brain and am now doing the subscribe and save.

Get some good energy and alertness especially during the work day. And great energy for the weekends. The bring a feeling of balance to my brain as well. I take these along with their ACV gummy’s

I have tried other B12 in the past which were a different form of B12 that you don't absorb as well. These are just great and you feel normal after which is huge.

I feel like this has been helping. And even if it’s not, the B12 is great for you

I bought this product not because I was having high hopes of it giving me a "Turbo" boost of energy but because it is a lot cleaner than other vitamins out there. I do appreciate the fact that I don't have to worry about unnecessary fillers going into my body. But if you purchase this thinking that your energy will skyrocket guess again. It is a nice balanced energy. Normally I will hit a wall around 2:00 pm to where I cannot keep my eyes open. But this has been helping not to fall asleep at work ;) Thanks Hum vitamins for helping me keep my job!

I have noticed a little energy change, but just as good as the Amazon brand. What is very odd is the fact it looks like a sublingual tablet like all other B12 vitamins, but it just says to “take with..”, not “dissolve with…”So, I dissolve under my tongue for 30 seconds and whatever is left over, I just swallow. This company definitely needs to spend less money on marketing and more on proper instruction.
