These have kept me in ketosis. I'm having the acetone breath effect, no upset stomach issues & I'm feeling a bit more clear headed. I suspect the bioperine makes a difference because other brands I've tried (powder & capsules) have not produced the same amount of keto breath as I'm experiencing now. I received both bottles. 1 bottle had 60 capsules . The 2nd bottle only has 10 capsules. I will not be purchasing again. Very disappointed!
