The first time I used this, I thought it was good, although after a while the button stopped working and it would only turn on if I held the button down, which is difficult while using. I’ve just tried to use this for the second time and it won’t turn on at all.

Really good power.Selection of brush heads to meet all different requirements.Need a bit of force to remove brush head (though may ease over time) and there's a very slight misalignment between the body and the head but doesn't affect performance in any way. Actually louder than expected but not really an issue.Have used to clean washing machine drawer - was great to fit into the machine drawer slot itself and really got rid of the build up in there, as well as using on the drawer and softener tray which is was great for getting into all the small areas.Also used to remove limescale on taps, and just generally on places that are hard to get to normally.

This product is defective. It has been impossible to return it. Evri shops have no working machines to do so. Evri has told them that new machines will become available. But they have not. This company has my money, and I have a defective product with no way to return it.
