paid £59 for it and didn't expect much but it is pretty good. The app works ok but I suspect if it is not close to the wifi access point the heater may have issues as mine is showing weak signal despite being close to the AP. It has a fan which can be turned on only when needed (to heat up the room quicker), however it does not stop when the heater thermostat stops the heater, so it is not intended to be used as a normal fan heater. There are timer options etc in the app. The remote works, but need to be pointed right at the side of the heater with the display. On the negative sides: the thermostat is widely inaccurate - same as all heaters of this kind...The "beeping" sound when you change the settings is loud and annoying and there is no option to stop it as far as I can tell. The setup of the device with the app is also not particularly well described as the manual is referencing buttons which don't even exist on the device to get it into pairing mode (though there are 2 options really - the power or the mode button so eventually I guess not too difficult to guess the right one to hold) For the price, it is a good product - worth the money. If the price increases in future, will be more of a 4 star product for me.

This is a good basic heater. It works and functions well to add heat to a moderately sized room. The heat produced is very good and the heater does it's job well. I don't have the exact measurements for it, but it doesn't take up too much room and is of a standard size for this type of heater. I find it easy to move and not too heavy to manoeuvre. The heater appears sturdy enough and at the moment the heat is consistent. The heater looks well and would match with any decor.

I purchased this convector heater as the ceramic type I had ordered was not really up to the job. This heater works pretty well, heating the room quickly and quietly, even when the fan is running it is pretty quiet. I do have some misgivings as follows. The heater is capable of remote operation which is good, but I think this could be hazardous if you start the heater from another room and something has covered the heater that you are not aware of...it could overheat, although there's probably a safety. The other annoyance (very annoying!!!) is that the display turns off after a few minutes. I presume this is to save on power, but the problem is that you may not be aware that the heater is still on, even though the display is off. There is no light to indicate working other than the "on/off" touch button which is always illuminated. The design is fairly utilitarian, but not unpleasant. The app was a bit of a fiddle to get working...you have to make sure your phone is connected to the 2.4ghz WiFi option to set it up, but works ok. I'm not sure that it will last as long as my old Glen heater did, but time will tell.

Seems excellent, keeps churning out the heat. Give a click, on and off but not too annoying.

Horrible heater can't even connect it to the app as when I try to add it to the app it crashes and says to clear cache to fix which I do and still crashes not the only one to experience this either as app reviews are all saying the same thing and remote that comes with this is so terrible first point being short range have to be a foot away from the heater and point the remote directly at the control panel and the buttons are mushy or have a faint click to them one thing this does well is heat up the room I have it in but for this price I would avoid it as the same can be had for cheaper as all other functionality does not work at or or we'll.

Bought 6 weeks ago unfortunately it’s now doesn’t work. Heater was great and plenty of warmth when in use. Can’t return as it’s past return date.

Everthing works well and this is a great product, the only thing to watch out is your electricity bill: Gas is billed at 12p per unit and electricity at 25p per unit, so if you run it at the highest setting (2200W), using it for just one night (8hrs) will add £4.4 to your bill and over a month this is over £130, so beware to avoid unexpected month end shocks.

Rubbish, and it’s broken. Also has wrong plug on on it for Australia!

You want to be warm? And cozy? Okay get this! There is no noise, it does it's thing by itself, just switch it on and vibe.
