After analyzing a lot of pre workout products and their reviews finally settled for this one. It works as per product claim - Its highly potent, an individual must take as per instructions on the product, i started with 1/4 scoop initially. Based on the reviews tried Blue Razz flavor and it's too good. Mixability is good. Can see the difference, this product helps you to squeeze out those extra reps and maintains the energy level for the next set. One of the best part is the trial packs of 2 x BCAA and 1 x Pre-workout. It helps to check their other product suite. Hope company includes whey sample as well. There is a provision to validate authenticity of the product purchased from Amazon and packaging was good, delivery from Seller was on time.

Not so good products...😞

First of all, this was my first time using a pre workout supplement. I follow a really intense 6 days a week PPL lifting program along with trying to build up as much strength as possible on Squats, Deadlifts and Bench. So by mid workout I’d be normally out of energy and fatigued. But since I’ve been using this product, that isn’t the case anymore. Pros: 1)Good Matchup of ingredients. 2)The tingling sensation is very noticeable. 3)Will last you 2 hours easily depending on the workout intensity. 4)Good Flavour and taste. 5)Gives you the mindset to focus on your lifts and the explosive energy needed from a pre. Cons: 1)Not everyone might like the tingling sensation from the Beta Alanine. 2)Not recommend if your workouts aren’t that intense. 3)Be careful with the dose. 300mg of caffeine isn’t less, so take half scoop for the first time to check for any reactions. Conclusion: A must try product for anyone who wants to get serious into lifting. You’ll get great pumps and good focus on your lifts. Pro Tip: don’t consume when you’re full. Try to take this at least 3hr after the last meal. You’ll get better results.

First I ordered the blue razz flavor and that was pretty tasty. I would describe the flavor as accurate with the description. Started with 1 scoop and felt the tingling sensation during my work out. No heart palpitations. Instead felt awake, alert, and motivated. I can take this before a 5-6pm workout and still go to bed by 9 or 10 so it doesn’t keep me up at night. When I finished with the blue razz flavor I decided to change it up and went with the fruit punch. I love it. Not too strong! I think it’s just right, but I also do not have a strong craving for sweets like some people. I like this flavor because it’s not overbearing. Tastes like flavored water which I love.

Pre-workout is f9. A little bit too sweet for my liking though and no really happy with the price.

I was using this pre workout from last 3-4 years, but this time I was they have changed the formulation. Formulation is different than the mentioned listing. Not effective anymore.
