Of all my many purchases for Planta Fasciitis relief this the one I use the most and is very effective, if I wear it when sleeping I have little to no pain in the morning. It's simple , packs small and works.

This adaptable strap can be tensioned for comfort. The velco clasp is strong and wide for easier grip. The strap is not too wide or bulky to restrict wearing tights, socks or shoes. The method of fitting is a wraparound and good for either foot.

I was having ankle pain for more than a month and decided to buy some compression socks first. Socks helped me somehow to ease the pain especially when walking but I needed something more robust to help me going during the day. So I've decided to purchase this ankle support brace. I was a bit reluctant at first to buy this item as I thought is for athletes only but I was wrong. It can be used by anyone having ankle pain providing comfortable support. The brace came into a lovely packing along with detailed instructions and the warranty flyer. The 'how to wear' instructions include images showing every single step in great detail. Brace provided strong support for my ankle, something highly needed as I spend long time sitting on my desk working from home. Would highly recommend this product. The look & feel of the product is one of quality. The method of application is simple. They really do the job intended. I suffered a tendon injury on the outside of my foot & I struggled to put any weight on it. I used ice to reduce swelling & with this support was soon back on my feet. By using the support I was able to return to playing badminton. The support holds everything nicely in place & gives you the confidence to put the injury out of your mind. I have tried other ankle supports, of the “sock” type & they tend to ruffle up especially when putting on socks over them which becomes uncomfortable, these stay in place every time. I would definitely recommend these supports.

Not really easy to use

I sometimes have problems with my Achilles tendon and subsequently find it quite frustrating/debilitating as it interferes with my life. I saw these and thought I shall give it a try. So I did/am and all so far has shown just how much help they are. For comfort and support they are surprisingly good - I say surprisingly because they are so simple. Like others, I looked at the price and questioned whether or not they would help - sometimes, we need to look beyond the price and go for what works. Highly recommended.

The straps are just a bit too big/wide for me and sag near my inner ankle which feels uncomfortable when wearing socks and trainers. I have never worn them.
