Biggest bang for your buck. Perfect for beginners!
Started golfing earlier this year and got a cheap starter set from Dick’s. As my game improved I felt like I needed better clubs but I wasn’t good enough for top of the line name brand clubs. I couldn’t justify playing thousands of dollars on a new set. I ran across Lazrus, never heard of them nor sounded familiar. But with the price so cheap it sounded too good to be true. I took a shot and got them. As soon as it got delivered I went to the driving range and Let me tell you, these clubs are AMAZING!!! They look and feel just like a premium club! Good club head weight, offset lie for forgiveness, and oversized with a cavity back. It has clean crips sound off the ball and shots feel great. If i had to compare them to a club I’d say they’re very similar to the Callaway XR OS. Not only was I happy with saving money I was more happy I got a really good club. If you’re a beginner and wanting to get into golf, these are perfect for you. If you’re on the edge going back and forth on whether to buy them or not, trust me, GET THEM! You won’t regret it. I honestly don’t think I will need to buy name brand clubs anymore. I’m just waiting for them to make drivers too

Very satisfied with the iron.
The iron was just as advertised. Very happy with it.

GREAT Club. But...
It only comes with one shaft option. I understand these clubs are designed with not-so-great golfers in mind but even some bad golfers have faster swing speeds. Even if they were just to add a stiff shaft option on top of the regular shaft, that would go a long way and my rating would go up to 5 stars. I’m a little bit better than the average golfer and my swing speed is around tour average, maybe slightly faster, so the regular shaft doesn’t work for me, I always draw it left, so I will be replacing it with an X-Stiff shaft soon. That being said... This club is GREAT. It is strong lofted for a 1 iron (13° vs. the usual 16°) so if you want a traditionally lofted 1 iron, Lazrus’ 2 iron is 16° and thus would fit the bill. This club sounds absolutely amazing. I have pure joy with this club in my hands, and once I replace the shaft, this will absolutely be my favorite club in the bag. I also like the fact that it’s not a driving iron. It is styled more like a standard long iron which gives me confidence that I can hit it out of any lie. My old 18° driving iron was great off the tee but I didn’t have confidence with it out of the fairway. I feel like I can hit this from the tee and from the light rough with no issues. And how about some low stingers? YES PLEASE. This thing can hit some monster low stingers that will make you look like Tiger. The grip is decent. Not great but not bad. It probably won’t have the most grip in the rain, but when it’s dry, it will more than get the job done! It’s a bit more rough to the touch than even a standard tour velvet grip, but it’s not uncomfortable. Finally, the club looks great! Along with the fact that I don’t care much for driving irons out of the fairway, I also think driving irons don’t look the best in general (there are a few exceptions). This club looks very classy and high quality. It doesn’t look like a cheap club in my opinion. For the price, I would absolutely buy this club again and again. It’s absolutely worth more than the price and it’s well on its way to being my favorite club.

They Are Epic!
I bought two sets one for me and my best friend for his birthday. I currently shoot mid to low 80s and I have a lot of improvement that I can make with these clubs. I think I will be able to break the 70s with them to be honest, I have plenty of spin and forgiveness. Aesthetically they are spot on with their competitors along with everything else. If you aren't shooting low 70s and into the 60s don't even make a complaint about these clubs to be honest. You can't fix a $2 swing with a $500 club. Some people might've said they lost distance, well I am using the 4 iron and am still getting roughly 195-205 yards out of it as well. I have 0 complaints about these clubs and they out-competed my cobra iron set, enough said.

Perfect beginner to average golfer clubs!
4iron to PW, These irons have changed my game for the better. My old clubs were just that, old. I saw these reviewed by Rick Shiels and thought for the price I'd give them a try and boy am I happy I did. They feel great, have a nice balanced weight to them, and nice grips. They look great popping out of the golf bag, and in your hands! If you're new to golf or a high handicap golfer not looking to break the bank for a set of irons, don't hesitate and grab this set.

Best value irons?
Have not given these irons a lot of time yet. Priced way below premium brands. Quality seems fine .. both the shaft and club heads. For me the grips seem "thin" even though my hands are not large. I may well get thicker grips. Distance? Not yet able to comment.... I've noticed the Lazarus hybrid irons and wedges seem to get more publicity? Drivers selling out?

Quick affordable replacement for missing iron
As a young, senior new to golf, I learned my lesson the hard way when I lost my 7 iron somewhere out there on the course. I needed an affordable replacement quickly! The Lazrus 7 iron was affordable and arrived in time for my next outing. It is every bit as good as the one I lost (Wilson Plus Ultra). My more experienced golf-mates refer to it as my go to club. PS I now always check my bag before moving on to the next hole.

Bought these a bit sceptically because I didn't want to spend loads of money being a new golfer. I had a cheap set and these are marked improvement on them and give me much more confidence in striking the ball. So much so I'm looking to get the driving irons next. Off the face they feel so good and are quite forgiving on the miss hits. I would definitely buy again if I had to and will definitely recommend to my friends who have also started to take up golf. They arrived in good condition with bubble wrap around the heads for protection.

Very disappointing that set of Lazarus clubs was advertised being 4-9 clubs yet was only posted a single 7 iron. So will never again shop with amazon as I wasted my money
