I found this brand through the Clean Label Project, after I heard about trace metals being common in supplements like protein powder. Knowing that Puori is part of the Clean Label Project's Transparency Program gives me peace of mind and confidence that I can buy safely from this brand, because their products get independently tested for anything harmful. As a vegetarian, I appreciate being able to find a multivitamin made specifically for those who eat plant-based diets! I also appreciate that the amounts of the different vitamins/minerals included aren't several hundred % greater than the recommended Daily Value, like some multivitamins are. This makes me feel like I'm getting what I need and supplementing for what I am more likely to be deficient in as a vegetarian, without getting an exorbitant amount of anything. I've gone through 1 bottle and have repurchased a second already. This does have an unusual smell- kinda fishy, but it never lingers after swallowing the pill. I plan to keep buying this product.

I will say that I love trying new vitamins, I’m a huge health nerd and have tried MANY high end brands. This vitamin is an extremely good quality, no frills multi-vitamin. I am vegetarian and I appreciate the absorbable quantities of necessary nutrients (re: you don’t pee bright yellow with these, you’re actually absorbing the vitamins). I will say the only downside is the smell of the vitamin. It is strong but I don’t mind and it doesn’t linger on your tongue. And I definitely wouldn’t be discouraged because of it.

So happy I found Puori on Amazon. I'm already a fan of their Plant Protein Booster and use that in my cooking and smoothies. I also like the Vanilla Whey protein because it tastes good plain when I am on the go and don't have time to blend a smoothie. I trust the clean label and brand and feel good about supplementing with a vitamin that is tested for its purity. I don't often get all my nutrients so this is great! Hope they come out with one for women over 50 as that is what I was taking before I switched.

This product makes for the best multivitamin supplement on the market considering purity and efficacy (Clean Label Project Certified). It has a well-balanced complex of nutrients. It's essential during winter season. I only wish boron was a higher dose (9-10mg or 90-100% instead of 1mg or 10%).

This is such a well made multivitamin. I really appreciate the attention to quality of the ingredients, such as methylated b vitamins and not too much vitamin A. Plus the color is stunning :).

Was thrilled to see that Puori had a multi vitamin, and have used their other supplements without issue. I don't know what they are using in this "vegan" capsule, but the odor is disgusting, and unfortunately, for me, it lingers all day and causes GI repeats. The only info I could find is in one of the photos that shows "lichen" with an arrow pointing to the capsule. A more detailed description would save on customers returning the product. Don't recommend.
