These are great for making your own ramen flavors, meat rubs, pasta and flavor enhancers.

I don’t use vinegar very often. This is a great way to have vinegars in a convenient size for storage. I made a broccoli salad with vinegar in the dressing. The powder tasted great.

I can't say enough good things about these powders. They are extremely versatile.

But some of powders were not as pungent or sharp as they should be. May have too many fillers ? Also one of them totally hardened into a block.

I like these but I didn’t receive a malt but received two balsamic. I was looking forward to the malt so I was disappointed. I also wish it came with a lid to allow a sprinkle not just an open container. It makes it difficult to distribute evenly. The flavors were great and the two I have used so far red wine and balsamic received rave reviews on my homemade potatoe chips.

These clumped after about a week and you have to use a knife to break it up...

These have extremely strong flavor on several. Tastes just like using the liquid. A couple are light flavors. Well worth the price. You get a lot of powder in each container

Powdered vinegars are new to me and I am having tasty fun using the different flavors. The powders taste just like the liquid. The sample pack is perfect for cooking experiments! This is a great gift idea for the cooks in your life.
