This helped my cystic acne definitely, it was getting out of hand, within a few weeks I stopped getting them except for 1 or 2 mild ones close to my period as used to be normal for me. It helped decrease the length of time my breasts were sore, and I swear it made them look bigger on average which is awesome. Cramps weren't as strong either, and it's hard to say if the pills were the cause but it may have helped stabilize my mood. My only issue was how it delayed my period. I could tell it was supposed to be starting for 4 days, I had mild cramps, brown discharge, but the blood wouldn't flow. I do not worry about pregnancy because I have a copper IUD but I wanted to get my period over with. Period itself hurt pretty bad first day but stopped and then normalized. All in all it relieved my PMS but did not improve the period itself.

I love this supplement. I usually take it once a day all month, except I take a break for one week after my period. My moods have been all around extremely improved especially during the two weeks leading up to my period....I was starting to think I had some sort of mental illness. I have always experienced these pms symptoms but they increase as I get older. I am in my early 30s now. These moody bird supplements help me with pms breast pain, anxiety, rage and depression.I wanted to see if maybe there was a placebo effect going on, so I ordered a cheaper version of the supplements (vitaberry) and I could tell by the third day that they weren't the same at all. I am really happy with moody bird. The only down side I have experienced is some minor acne/dark patches on skin which just causes me to take extra precautions with my skin care routine.I take a little extra time exfoliating and washing my face more often.Its a small price to pay when I have energy and don't feel mad at the world the way I used to during that time of the month.Also, the reason I take the week break after my period is because these supplements make my sex drive increase to an almost laughable level during the week leading up to ovulation.

I took these supplements about a week or two before my period in hopes that it would help balance my irritability and mood swings I have right before my period. The first night of my next period, I woke up in the middle of the night with THE. WORST. CRAMPS. I have ever experienced in my life. I've never been pregnant before, but I believe what I felt was close to what labor contractions would feel like. This was especially strange because I almost never get cramps with mhy period. This lasted about 2 hours and no amount of Ibuprofen could bring relief. I was about to head to the E.R., when finally the cramps subsided. I don't think this is a fault of this brand, but perhaps a reaction my body specifically had to these herbs. I immediately stopped taking them and I've never had another episode like that. I would just be wary about your body's reaction to these herbs. It sounds like they are very helpful for many people, but can potentially have an adverse reaction to some.

Ok, so this supplement literally worked miracles when it comes to my hormonal irritations. I was a nervous wreck and a horrible person to be around during my period before taking this. I would've kept taking it forever if I didn't have side effects. After a few months I started to notice that the negatives outweigh the positives. And that's saying a lot. I cut the recommended dosage in half, but still didn't feel that the effects went away. When I'm on the supplement I noticed that I tend to have a lot of cravings and sometimes find myself in a very gray state of mind. It's almost like instead of making me happier, I just didn't feel anything at all. Unfortunately, when I'm off of it, the depression and mood swings run rampant. I did stop taking it and within two weeks I lost 18 pounds that I gained while taking it for five months. I really really wish that this worked for me without the negative effects, because I'm not entirely sure what to do about my period moods and crazy hormones anymore :( Be warned that when you stop taking the supplement you might fight some of the worst depressive moods you have ever experienced. Currently going through it, but I really can't continue to take this and know that it causes me to gain weight and mutes my emotions. Please be careful with what you put in your body! I'm sure this may be worth it for some.
