Poor packaging - product received broken
The product was packaged in a brown envelope without any padding to protect it. It is a heavy product, the tusk was broken inside. Extremely disappointed as it was meant to be a gift

I love the look of it and maybe I will buy more as it can be used as ornamentation too. I feel bad that the one I received is broken.
