Necklet Double Layering Clasp

The Clasps looks great &the color matches yellow gold & silver chains. I previously purchased the triple layering clasp & it held wonderfully. I love this brand so I bought the Double Layering Clasp as stocking stuffers (& one for myself). I wore mine & found that the magnet didn't appear to be as strong & it did not stay securely in place.

I’m still trying to decide if I’m going to keep this product. As seen in my pictures, it does not keep my necklaces from twisting and tangling. However, it is MUCH easier to untangle them using this clasp. Without this, I had to unclasp both necklaces, spend time untangling them from each other, and then put each necklace back on individually flighting those little tiny clasps. With the Necklet, I simply pull the magnets apart, untwist, and put back on. It takes seconds instead of minutes, so I love it for that reason. The problem is that I bought this so my necklaces wouldn’t tangle in the first place. Hence my love/hate relationship with this product. The two ends are a strong magnet and you attach the ends of your necklace to the magnets, which is very easy to do. No problem with the magnets coming apart doing daily activities, and much easier to remove multiple necklaces in one motion by pulling the magnets apart and removing for showers, etc. I really love it for many reasons, except having to remove it several times a day to untwist. But, it’s still much easier to untangle my necklaces with this so I’ll probably keep it.

Feels really secure, magnet works well. My necklaces don't tangle at all. My only complaint is it's a little heavy so if you wear dainty style necklaces, it'll pull backwards and you have to keep adjusting it forward again. It probably works great with heavier necklaces or ones with large heavy charms.

It does not stop necklaces from tangling, but does make it a lot easier to untangle them. I do wish the magnets were just a bit stronger, I’ve accidentally snagged or yanked my necklaces off quite a few times.

Product arrived quickly and is just as described. I purchased this as a gift for a friend so a little disappointed the box is damaged. Overall cool concept and I think my friend will really like as she is always layering necklaces.

Easy to manage. Definitely helps with keeping tangling to a bare minimum. Great for a quick put on (especially if you have longer nails) and easy take off. However, that easy take off is too easy. Any little tug with slight pressure pulls the magnets apart and that’s what you’re necklaces are attached to! I’ve caught my necklaces a few times due to this. I also will not wear anywhere I feel like someone may try to do a snatch and run (ie: fair, festival, etc..) This little gadget makes it super easy. If I were a criminal, I would look for people using the necklet and they would be my marks. Just sayin!I recommend a stronger magnet and a catch lock?? on the piece as an extra security feature. That’s why I give it only 3 stars.

These little buggers do the job. While at $40 a pop, I don’t feel like I should have to fix the rings from coming off the clasp, but it was an easy fix.

I use this a lot but it doesn’t really stop your necklaces from getting tangled. It’s pretty expensive for what it is but it definitely makes putting on multiple necklaces faster and easier.
