Loose on Slate ML-1, Better on United Twin 87, Tight on Slate ML-1 Vintage, Sounds very good
Those of us with Slate VMS ML-1 mics have a hard time with wind screens. The only one that really fit well is no longer available. If your mic is pointing up, this slips on and off easily but if pointing down, it will fall off. The “Vintage” edition of the ML-1 is a little too big for this windscreen—you’ll struggle to get it on and remove but it will work.A little long for the United Twin87 mic but the fit is ok on the loose side—very useable. That said, it is a little thicker than the discontinued one but more “open” sonically. I put both to my ear and listened—the difference was easy to hear.I bought this for another mic with a 55mm / 2.2” body. It’s too long and the fit is just a little loose but it stays put when upside down.I have some 2” barrel microphones but those work best with smaller wind screens, IMO. Anyway, I’m keeping it.

Great For my Electrovoice RE320!
I have an RE320 that sits in an Auray shockmount/boom arm, and this fits perfectly. It's long enough to cover the first 3 inches of the mic ports, and makes consistent mic placement very easy. I'd been using a 6" cloth pop screen, but it was always getting bumped and dislodged. Plus, it's hard to maintain a working distance from the mic with a screen. I was hesitant as to the audio muffling effect it might have, but I can't tell the difference if it's on or off! For the price, this really is acoustically transparent. I bought an OEM foam windscreen for my Sennheiser MD421, but the high end suffered; I might as well have used a wool sock - - - and it cost over $30! This economical alternative is the bee's knees. I usually address the mic about 20 degrees off to the side, and a fist-distance from my piehole, and this works perfectly. Couldn't be happier. (Actually, if I was rich, I MIGHT be happier . . . . .) Excellent value for a product that works great.

Fits 99% perfectly on the Slate ML-1 microphone
I couldn't find the answer to this, so hopefully this will help someone else.I wanted to try a foam windscreen for my Slate ML-1 instead of the typical pull-away pop filter. For my home project studio, I have my ML-1 inside of an Aston Microphones Halo mic "booth". The pull away pop filter was frustrating to line up within the small booth, and was visually annoying. Hey I'm not the greatest singer, and getting frustrated clearly does not help my singing :DThis foam looks and works perfectly! Where its not 100% perfect, neither of which are show stoppers at all, are the following: the foam is a tad longer (slightly covers up the Slate logo) and maybe 2mm wider than 100% perfection (but still fits snugly enough, just not 100% snugly). If you are good with 99% perfection, then this is the value windscreen for you for the Slate ML-1.If you want 100% perfection, get the Rode WS2 for more than 2x the price. Now that you have the facts... you do you!

Purchased it to use with an EV RE320; works great.
Purchased it to use with an EV RE320 which is a very large dynamic mic. The fit was actually a little loose for this mic, but I prefer that; with several small rubber pads at the opening edge of the windscreen, I was able to make it fit and it allows it to have a little air between the windscreen and the mic which may give better control of plosives. Quality of material is fine. It's a foam windscreen that is much larger than the average foam windscreen, offered at a very inexpensive price.

Perfect size for my Neumann BCM 104 Mic
I got this hoping it would fit my Neumann BCM 104 mic. It sure does! Looks great and works great. The ones from N**mann run about $80. This is 1/10th the price.

Absolutely worth the purchase..
Amazing clean cut windscreen ; I first ordered the Extra Large for my Samson G Track Pro, nothing wrong with the product itself, but it didn’t completely cover the grill. The Extra Extra Large has a tiny bit of spare space on the top of the grill but the sides are snug so it works/fits on well. Either way, both pieces were/are precisely shaped and genuinely help with sound control for recording/streaming. Just make sure you measure your mic to get the one that fits best!

Good deal for the money
Good deal for the money. Had to cut mine down because the shock mount wouldn't allow me to slip it all the way on my EV320.

effective
good quality. fits well on my Samson g track pro. a bit on the long side as expected from other reviews, but I don't think it's even worth trimming for me. I like speaking really close to my mic and keeping the gain down and this made a huge difference to reduce/remove my breathy sounds and plosives. I went straight to this rather than trying a cheaper one first so I don't know if a cheaper one would have been just as good, but im happy with this. had no issues with delays or anything shipping to canada.
