Triplast CD Size 180x180mm Strong Rigid Cardboard Envelopes Postal Mailers (Pack of 50)

Having bought a 100 pack of these envelopes the other week to send a batch of CDs, and been very pleased with their overall performance and value, I recently bought a 10 pack to send a few more out. Was surprised to find 13 envelopes in the packet. Bargain! Easy to use and seal, plenty of room for writing addresses on the front, and stamps, the size is too large for a basic First Class stamp but Large Letter stamps will suffice, preferably one First Class plus one Second Class if sending a CD in a jewel case (approx £2.05 postage fee). As shown in the pictures.

Used these to send CDs... mine were in thin cardboard packaging so the rigidity suited very well. They have a slight optional gusseted pre-score in case your CD is thicker... they will expand essentially. A very good product overall!

These have worked a treat to mail CDs.

Great value and good quality

I send out a lot of cd's, always single discs in polythene sleeves, not the jewel cases. I bought these envelopes as they were cheaper than the envelopes I normally use, but I didn't realise they were substantially bigger than the previous ones I used, and as such would incur greater postage costs. IF you are just sending out one (or two) discs at a time, and those discs do not have jewel cases you would be much better off buying the smaller white envelopes for sale elsewhere on Amazon. These envelopes, being smaller, count as letters not packages, and you don't need a 'large' stamp. The size difference isn't made super clear in the listing, but it is a vital difference.If you are sending out CDs in the thicker jewel cases, then these are the better envelopes.
