How Not to Babysit Your Brother (Step into Reading)

Good story. Kept my son's attention. Live that it was chapters.

It’s an okay book but it’s not one that my son will want to read again.

My daughter is 7 and absolutely loved this book! She could read most of the words herself but since this was the start of chapter books we took turns. This was a great buy!

This book was so funny great for children with siblings.

My son enjoyed this book so much. It's a great engaging story. My son just started his level 4 reading, and this was challenging enough but not too hard.

I bought this for my 4 year old son (who's been reading independently since he was 2) to introduce him to chapter books and also because the story featured a boy with his younger brother just like him (we have another son who's 6 months old). When it arrived, I just left it on the table thinking that I'll read it with him at bedtime when, after a little while, I saw him reading the book and laughing out loud. He then deemed it his favorite book and insisted on reading it out loud to me and his baby brother and when Daddy came home from work he read it to him too. He even bookmarked his favorite page - the one with the toothbrush in the toilet. :)The story is indeed funny and, although I would not recommend this as an instruction book on babysitting (lol), it is something that has been read again and again by my son. He even brought it to school for show and share and his teacher and classmates loved it too! :)

7 year old granddaughter laughed and laughed— it helps that she has a little brother too :-) It really helped improve her reading as well — she enjoyed the descriptions and the way the two brothers talked. Great beginner chapter book.

Great book for transitioning readers. My daughter loves colorful pictures, but she is an advanced reader. I like these books because it is offers more complex sentencing but lots of pictures.

Tiene unos dibujos excelentes y la historia es muy divertida para los chavales.Es un libro con poco texto y muy visual para que los peques se familiaricen con el inglés. el vocabulario es avanzado para la edad a la que va dirigido, pero creo que es un acierto, con las imágenes se puede seguir la historia y los chavales pueden elucubrar el significado de las palabras. Eso sí necesitarán ayuda.

Um livro para uma leitura de uns 20 minutos, mas muito divertido e colorido. Com inglês correto para a idade diverte e educa.
