I was trying to make these by hand for a company event. I was doing a test run (by hand) the week before. Disaster! Didn't know they made a mold. This makes it so much easier, and they were a hit at our luncheon. Just buy it!

This is a great tool to have. We make rice balls several times during the year and this item cuts the time in time in half.

These little molds make perfect Arancini. So far, I’ve made several of the cone/egg shaped Arancini but I’m sure the round shape mold will work just as well. The molds are very sturdy made of food grade polymer. Very satisfied with these Arancini molds.

I haven't tried but my son and his Sicilian wife have this gadget and the teardrop arancini came out beautifully! I can't wait to try mine

Same as the ones my mother uses in Italy. I have used both of them. They work like a charm. Nothing else would do. I will probably by more. Arancini turned out delicious. All the same size and received great reviews from my friends.

Works well but is too small! Would like to find a larger version. This is fine for appetizer size not for the usual size you would make with your hand.

OMG. All these years of making Arancini by hand. No more. I actually had a lot of fun using these devices. It’s so simple. One great factor is that it packs the rice very tightly together which you really can’t do the same way by hand. The only problem is, I’m going to be making these a lot more often and I shouldn’t be eating all this deep-fried food. I don’t cook them in a skillet. I just wished my Italian parents were still alive to be able to use one of these. I can just hear my father saying . “ Now we’re cooking with Gas”. lol

Difficult to use. Not much help from the manufacturer.
