The taste

If your truly trying to cut the cals and your really try to just cut at least one high cal meal a day it defiantly works . i use two protein scoops , pretty tasty mix with fat free/ sugar free pudding mix for more flavor add ice . you dont feel bloated as if you just ate a large meal , good product .

great shakes at home

I have tried many protein shake mixes and Herbalife is the only one that has a smooth texture and taste good. Several other brands I tried all had a gritty texture or tasted terrible.
