Lights bright for 4hrs then dims and goes out at 5hrs.

I had to modify the globe to insert the device by trimming the top of the plastic!!

Saving Grace
I discovered these replacement lights quite accidently on Amazon and what a saving grace! I only wish I had seen them before I had thrown out a couple of beautiful crackled glass hanging solar lights. At least I found them in time to salvage 6 other solar lights that had quit working. So much better than changing batteries and probably cost the same if not cheaper. Great investment and a money saver!

Loose Wire? Didn't Work...
Solar light acted like it had a loose wire or something. It wouldn't stay on. If I took it out and turned it off and then on again it would light back up. But only for a while and then it would go off again. Some nights it wouldn't turn on at all. Got a replacement but the replacement did the same thing. Sent both back and purchased another brand.

Perfect fit.
I used these to replace old solar lights. I had to put making jars with chicken wire to hold them up. Think it turned out better than the old lights!

Measurements off a little. Didn't fit opening perfectly. Light is also not very bright. It works, just know those two facts.

Saved my lantern
It fit perfectly on the top of a glass lantern hanging in my backyard to replace the original. It worked great and saved me the cost of buying an entirely new ornamental lantern to light my path.
