Will these fit a growlerworks nitro coffee keg?

These do not fit. I just got both.

If you use up the charger before the drink is finished is it possible to stop and replace cartridge without destroying the drink?

You can add another cartridge and recharge the drink but from my experience you are far more likely to run out of drink before you run out of the Nitrogen.

Do these fit standard whipped cream canisters?

I have an Isi and these fit fine...

As your N2 chargers have been out for sometime. Do you expect to have some available soon or is there a recommended alternative N2 charger?

You can use any alternative Just make sure it's nitrogen not CO2

Not good....

As with other customers each cartridge did not go far... Three cartridges in a dispenser loaded with half a litre, I expected one would be enough... first time using a dispenser/whipper. Even when just loading with water one cartridge ran out very quickly (would have taken 3 again).!Product details state "wont whip cream" - all a bit odd (internet info NO2 best for cream) still even a test with water nowhere near 500ml claimed.
