Will this work for the 5377MG?

Yes,, the ends of connection were different, loop vs open end. I cut and spliced connection ends and it works perfectly. i could have cut used bare wire connection, because there is pulling and tugging i wanted a solid connection. This New cord works PERFECTLY!!

Will it work with makita 9237c?

No this will not work with model number 9237C. You need cord number 664630-7

Will this work with JR3000V?

Im not sure what that is, but this is basically the same cord as for the Skill Worm Saw.

Will this work for a 4 3/8" Makita planer. Model 1912b? Need to replace the cord an employee cut.

It might, take the damaged cord out of the planer and compare the photo at Amazon to the strain relief you have.
