Q: Is the material comfortable on your forehead?

Very comfortable on the skin and is not overly tight on an adult head.

Q: Would this hat work if you have no hair? I’m going through chemo and my hair is falling out.

I am bald and have no issues wearing this hat. Definitely helps keep my head warm during winter months.

Q: Will it fit 25.5" head (64.5-65 cm)?

Yes, but it may fit snug. It's suppose to fit up to 26.5.

Q: Where would I find the cleaning directions?

The manufacturer does not provide any washing instructions on their Amazon page. But, they do say to contact them via email with any questions or concerns. I dug around a bit on their product page and found if I clicked their name under “Sold By” that a page pops up for questions to the seller. If the seller responds with cleaning instructions, perhaps you could post it in the Q&A for others to see?
