The quality is very good.

I have bamboo and olive wood hair brushes, combs, etc. but when my old, plastic rat tail comb broke, I knew i didnt want to buy more plastic. Happy to have found this, of course it's more than what a plastic comb would cost you at the dollar store but i feel better about limiting my plastic use.

I got the wood comb so I could have it sitting in a bag of oils so the wood would soak it up. It did exactly that it served It’s purpose. I appreciate it.

hardly goes thru hair. Disappointed

This is going to be hard to explain but the actual parts that comb the hair are like 3d rectangles. They aren't like smooth cylinders. Therfore the glide is ehh. They work well but for 4c hair there is a risk of damaging your hair. Only other thing is that i just wish that the comb was bigger vertically.

The teeth don't grab the hair like regular combs. Not impressed.

Très joli peigne "Queue de rat" en bois de pêcher, un bois très clair. La queue est très très utile si vous avez besoin de soulever mèche à mèche, par exemple si vous utilisez un fer à lisser. J'ai testé un autre peigne en bois de cette marque, et j'avais trouvé le manche un peu court pour une bonne prise en main. Ici ce peigne "queue de rat" est exactement de la même longueur qu'un modèle similaire en plastique que nous avons à la maison, soit un manche environ 4 cm plus long. Enorme avantage du bois par rapport au plastique ou aux poils de sanglier : il ne crée pas d'électricité dans les cheveux et ne les casse pas. Peignez la moitié de la tête avec du bois, et une autre avec du plastique ou du poil de sanglier et vous verrez une vraie différence ! Avec le bois, les cheveux sont bien lissés, ils ne frisottent pas et ne se redressent pas dans tous les sens. Un prix dans la fourchette des peignes plastiques, et pourtant plus écolo.
