Best accessory for the summer. It can be used while doing any activity in the water. Keeps the goPro from being lost. It’s better than the floating stick.

I purchased this product so I would not accidentally drop and lose my camera while snorkelling. It works perfectly. My Hero11 fits nice and snug. I have no issues using the touchscreen. Very happy with this purchase.

It is a very snug fit and provides safety from falls! I used today snorkeling in the Bahamas and floated perfectly.

I'm a fan of the floaty case. Especially when you are taking video under water. If you are in the pool then I don't consider it a necessity since it is hard to do cool shots swimming over the camera since it will naturally float to the top because of this case. If you are out on the lake or on a boat or in the ocean I say this is a necessity if you don't want to have your $500 goPro sink down to the depths. I use it with the floaty stick and would feel comfortable taking it on a snorkel or SCUBA trip. I would have to say though that I wish it was priced a bit lower since the list price seems a little high for what it actually is.

It floats my camera to the top of the water and because of the color it is easy to see. Game changer for the lake, now i take way more risky shots without as much fear of losing my camera

It will float. One of the menu solutions to avoid finding your Go Pro at the bottom. Added extra protection in those rough environments

I bought one of these a couple of years ago. Now it has been well tested I will write a review. Having just bought a Gopro and an ordinary land use (non floating) extendable selfie stick to attach it to, I didn't want to risk losing my camera when snorkelling, so I bought one of these float/protectors. It did exactly what I was hoping it would. If I dropped my Gopro in the water, even with an extendable selfie stick attached, it managed to float enough to just break the surface and being a bright orange colour it was easily spotted. What they don't promote is that this robust foam rubber housing is also very protective. It's a bit of a squeeze to put the float housing on and take it off again, so I'm very careful to not press against the camera screens while I'm doing it, however once on it provides a Gopro with quite a bit of protection against being knocked. I effectively used it as a protective case while travelling and in rough environments. On one occasion, I snorkelled onto a rough sandy beach and was being repeatedly dragged about by the waves while trying to get my fins off. I was really concerned my Gopro was going to get scratched, but I think this float housing really helped save it as I had no issues. The lens is not covered so this cannot be guaranteed, but it really helps. On land it does bulk out what is otherwise a small camera, but especially in the water and around boats, with everything swaying and knocking, this is a very good piece of kit and I thoroughly recommend it!

Har haft den i vattnet en massa och flyter som den ska till en GoPro Hero 9 Black.

Bout for a canoe trip around the Bowron Lakes in Northern BC. Fit my GoPro Hero 11 Black perfectly. I submerged the camera with this floaty and an 18 inch flexible arm mount in a lake and it would not sink. Always floated to the top of the water. Thought the added weight of the arm would make it stay submerged at least a little bit. Great product.
